Terms of Use and Digital Product License

Educational purpose
The site and products provide general educational information. They are not individualized advice or an offer to enter a loan, investment, storage, or custodial transaction.
License
Subject to payment and compliance, a purchaser receives a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access the purchased product for the purchaser's personal or internal business education. Ownership of copyright does not transfer.
Prohibited uses
A purchaser may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly post, share credentials, defeat access controls, remove watermarks, create derivative commercial products, scrape the member area, or use the material to train an artificial-intelligence system without written permission.
Account security
The purchaser must protect login credentials, use available multi-factor authentication, and report suspected compromise. HT Bullion may suspend access when sharing, fraud, abuse, or security risk is reasonably suspected.
Updates
Access to corrections or updates applies only as stated on the product page. Platform-specific information can become obsolete. A reader must verify current third-party agreements, instructions, and facts before acting.
Payments and refunds
The final policy must state prices, taxes, accepted payment methods, access timing, refund eligibility, chargeback procedures, and any jurisdiction-specific cancellation rights. Digital access should not be described as nonrefundable where law requires otherwise.
Intellectual property enforcement
Protected copies may contain purchaser-specific visible or forensic identifiers. HT Bullion may preserve logs and use them to investigate unauthorized distribution, subject to the privacy policy and applicable law.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The final provisions must be drafted for the governing jurisdiction and may not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. No result, return, service availability, loan match, rollover, price, or loss prevention is guaranteed.
