Draft for counsel and vendor review · August 2026

Replace bracketed or generalized provisions after the hosting, analytics, payment, email, member-access, customer-support, and tax vendors are selected.

Information collected

HT Bullion may collect contact information, account credentials, purchase and entitlement records, support communications, device and security logs, site usage, and information required for tax, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Payment-card data should be handled by the selected payment processor and not stored directly by HT Bullion.

How information is used

Information may be used to process purchases, grant protected access, watermark customer copies, provide updates and support, prevent unauthorized sharing, secure accounts, comply with law, analyze product performance, and communicate with customers who have consented.

Sharing

Information may be shared with contracted processors that provide payment, hosting, authentication, email, analytics, customer support, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal services. HT Bullion should require appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

Security

Reasonable safeguards should include encryption in transit and at rest, strong administrator authentication, least-privilege access, logging, secure backups, vendor review, incident procedures, and a documented retention schedule. No system is completely secure.

Cookies and analytics

The production site should disclose the cookies and analytics actually used, provide legally required consent controls, and honor applicable opt-out rights.

Retention and rights

Records should be retained only as long as needed for access, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Applicable law may provide rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal information.
